Sorry, Powdered Alcohol Is Not a Thing — Yet

Readers of the Interwebs may have been either elated or horrified to see over the weekend reports that the U.S. government had just "approved" a substance called Palcohol, or powdered alcohol, for sale in liquor stores in little packets to be mixed with water at will.
